Responding to email is a repetitive task. How often do you find yourself sending a similar answer or retyping the same text? ReplyMate is an add-on for Outlook with which you can:

1. Store frequently used texts & attachments as templates.
2. Paste template texts into your email messages.

Using ReplyMate saves you retyping standard information such as answers to frequently asked questions, general sales information, follow up mails, addresses, telephone numbers and URLs.

Outlook integration

ReplyMate closely integrates with Outlook by adding 'Reply', 'Forward' and 'New' buttons to the Outlook toolbar. After clicking on one of the buttons, ReplyMate not only pastes the selected template text, but also creates the relevant reply, forward or new mail message. If you select an Outlook contact and click on the ReplyMate 'New' button, the new mail message will include your selected text as well as the contact's name and email address.
